Replacing Cabin Air Filter

Model: Volkswagen Sharan MK 1, 7M - Years 1995-2010

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just below the glove compartment: to replace it, first remove the carpet covering secured by two plastic screws; at this point, remove the protective cap by sliding it backwards and extract the old filter; eliminate any dirt residue present and insert the new filter, ensuring the airflow direction is correct; finally, replace the cap and the covering. Replacing the cabin air filter is also a good opportunity to carry out an interior sanitisation.
