In order to replace the external rear-view mirror adjustment button it is first of all necessary to remove the door panel: start by unhooking the inner lining of the handle grip, the one where the glass lift control push-button panel is also located; then unscrew the screws below and those under the edge of the panel; then release the pressure locks and remove the panel from the door by sliding it off the glass scraper and disconnecting the lock cable; at this point disconnect the socket from the mirror adjustment button, remove it from its seat and apply the new one, then proceeding backwards for reassembly.
