How to Replace the Battery on the Volkswagen Jetta

To replace the battery on this vehicle, refer to the instructions in this description and check the images in the video. After opening the bonnet, locate the battery box on the left side. Disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Then, remove the upper support where the pre-fuses are located, and using a socket wrench, unscrew the bolts securing the lower plate. At this point, you can extract the battery and replace it with the new one. Reassemble the lower securing plate, the upper support, and reconnect the positive terminal first, followed by the negative terminal.
