This guide shows how to replace the Volkswagen Routan Mk1 engine air filter. The first operation to be carried out is to disassemble the engine protective cover and unscrew the metal retaining clamp of the engine choke sleeve. At this point it is possible to extract the ducts from the filter housing and, with the two plastic clips, it is possible to open the box. Now you can remove the old filter element. We recommend cleaning the filter housing and its cover with a vacuum cleaner. Install the new filter element in the correct position and close everything. Check the correct positioning of the pieces and reassemble the air sleeve.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
