Here are the necessary steps to disassemble and replace the power steering pump of the Volkswagen New Beetle. First, lift the vehicle and begin by removing the front right wheel; then remove the wheel arch liner and the auxiliary belt, loosening the tensioner as shown in the video. Now unscrew the bolts of the power steering pump pulley to remove it; then disconnect the metal clip from the hydraulic line, unscrewing the bolts of the pump itself to remove it, as illustrated in the video. At this point, install the new power steering pump, following the video tutorial to the end!
