How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Passat

After changing the oil and filter on this model, you need to complete the job by resetting the service light that has illuminated on the instrument cluster. You will find instructions for this update in the description below and in the tutorial video. First, sit in the driver's seat and turn on the ignition. Use the menu arrows on the onboard computer to select the Service option and press Ok, then select the reset option. Press the Ok button again, and the indication for the next service will be updated.
