After opening the bonnet, disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal, and use a socket spanner to unscrew the fixing bolt of the plate at the base. Then, remove the battery and install the new one, reconnecting the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal, and finally re-tighten the fixing bolt of the plate.
