How to Remove the Door Panel to Repair the Window Regulator

To remove the panel, start by disassembling the internal part of the handle, then unclip the entire panel including the window controls. Disconnect the connectors and proceed to unscrew the fixing screws behind the handle and around the perimeter using a cross-head screwdriver and a Torx screwdriver.
You can then unclip the panel and remove the metal insulation screwed to the door to access the window motor directly.
Unscrew the support screws of the window mechanism and perform the necessary maintenance, then reassemble everything.

The video demonstrates the operation on a 2002 Volkswagen Passat.
