In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the rear door panel on a Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door in question, then locate the two bolts on the lower edge of the panel and undo them using a Torx T25 spanner. Next, carefully unclip the handle cover using a plastic spatula if possible, undo the additional screws that are now exposed, and pull the panel outwards to separate it. At this point, simply disconnect the lock cable and refit the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
