How to Replace the Cabin Filter in a Volkswagen Transporter T4

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the cabin filter in a Volkswagen Transporter T4 by following some simple steps: first, purchase a new cabin air filter from an authorised dealer (only use quality filters); next, get inside the vehicle, turn off the engine, and pull the handbrake. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Once located, press the retaining clips and remove the cover of the cabin filter box; take out the filter housing, carefully clean the housing and the filter cover of any debris to avoid blocking the ventilation duct. Remove the old filter element from its housing; install the new filter element (ensure the edges of the filter fit snugly in the housing); refit the cabin air filter housing, following the direction of the airflow arrow on the filter. Reinstall the cover of the cabin filter box.
