To replace the rear exterior light of the Volkswagen Passat, start by opening the boot. Remove the cover near the light, then unscrew the screw that holds the light in place. Carefully pull the light outwards to avoid breaking the clips. Once the old light is removed, take the new light out of the packaging, position it, and clip it in place. Refit the screw, then replace the cover near the light and close the boot. After fitting the new light, check that the bulbs are functioning correctly.
