Removing the Window Switch Panel

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 6, A6 - Years 2010-2018

Damage to the window switch buttons or fading is a common fault. If you need to remove the window switch panel, it is attached to the door panel and is secured with clips, also integrating the internal handle grip. To remove it, simply lever along the edges (it is recommended to use a plastic lever or a small screwdriver with tape on the tip to avoid damaging the edges of the switch panel) to release the pressure clips and pull it away enough to disconnect the power connector.
