First, get inside the vehicle, especially if it is a three-door model, and begin removing the panel or door trim; then unscrew the screws of the panel located at the bottom, as shown in the video. Once the panel is removed, disconnect the rear speaker by unplugging its electrical connector; then install the new speaker, finally refitting the rear door panel!
