To unlock the voice commands on the Volkswagen Sharan, you must visit an authorised centre. Here, the staff will enter a code and subsequently unlock the voice commands, which can be accessed by pressing the VOICE button next to the central display.

Once unlocked, pressing this button will open a menu with four options: these allow you to use the navigation system, answer calls, listen to the radio, and play multimedia content. You can also access this menu through the dedicated button located on the right side of the steering wheel.
