How to reset the service light on the Volkswagen Passat

This video shows how to reset the maintenance light on the Volkswagen Passat. The procedure is very simple, requiring no tools or software, and takes less than 1 minute. To reset the maintenance light, first activate the hazard lights, then press the set button located on the right side of the instrument cluster. While holding it down, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Once the ignition is on, the reset option will appear; at this point, press the OK button to confirm. The reset is now complete, and you can restart the ignition to verify that the procedure was successful.
