Resetting the Service Light on a Volkswagen Polo

After carrying out routine maintenance on the Volkswagen Polo, you need to reset the Service light, which is indicated by a spanner icon on the display within the speedometer. To do this, sit in the driver's seat, press the lever located at the bottom left of the tachograph, and while holding it down, turn on the ignition. After ten seconds, release the lever, turn it to the right until the mileage reappears on the display within the tachograph, and finally turn off the ignition. Upon the next restart, you can verify that the reset has been successful.
