How to Reset the Maintenance and Oil Change Light on a 2017 Polo

Model: Volkswagen Polo Polo 5, Polo V, MK 5, MK V, 6R - Years 2009-2017

This video shows the step-by-step procedure to reset the maintenance light on a 2017 Volkswagen Polo. The procedure is very simple and takes less than 1 minute to complete. To reset the maintenance light, press and hold the button located on the centre left of the dashboard, while holding it, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. At this point, release the button and press the 0.0/SET button. The reset will now be completed. To reset the oil change light, press the button on the centre left of the dashboard, hold it while turning on the ignition. Once the dashboard is on, release the button, press it once more, and then press the 0.0/SET button. The procedure will be complete, and you can restart the dashboard to check that the procedure was successful.
