Remove relay No. 53, which is for the starter. Check for voltage at the relay position, then create a jumper; turn the key to the "on" position and place the jumper in the relay's place using tweezers.

Remember to keep the vehicle in neutral and the handbrake engaged! The vehicle starts, and you can head to the mechanic.
