Resetting the inspection light on the Golf 7, produced until 2019, is very simple. This operation, like all reset procedures, can be done independently in just a few minutes. To start the reset mode, first turn off the vehicle's instrument cluster and then press and hold the trip reset button. Next, turn on the instrument cluster while continuing to press the reset button, despite the message that appears. At this point, release the reset button and press the confirm button. You will have successfully reset the service.
