If you decide to install a new rear bumper purchased from the aftermarket, it is advisable to perform a pre-assembly check before painting. The installation is very simple as the bumper fits snugly around the entire perimeter and is then secured with bolts at the attachment points to the rear wings. This way, you can immediately check that the gap between the bumper profile and the bodywork is perfectly uniform and regular; after this check, you can proceed with the painting.
