Removing the Fuel Tank from a Volkswagen Transporter

Model: Volkswagen Transporter MK 6, T6 - Years 2014-2025

Follow this guide for the main instructions to help you in the process of removing and possibly replacing the fuel tank of the Volkswagen Transporter. First, raise the vehicle and start disconnecting the main fuel tank pipes, also disconnecting the electrical connector of the fuel pump; then, unscrew the fixing screws of the tank brackets to lower and remove it from the chassis, as shown in the video. At this point, replace the tank with a new one if necessary, applying the reverse procedure!
