Start by opening the driver's door. Next, you will need to unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the seat rails to the floor. After this, disconnect the seat's electrical connector and then remove the seat itself. At this point, you will also need to remove the cover located underneath the seat. Once you have completed this step, you will have successfully accessed the battery of your Volkswagen Touareg.
