To reset the Service light in a Volkswagen Crafter, turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the key into the ignition. Once the cluster is powered on, press and hold the button located to the left of the instrument cluster until the spanner icon and the remaining kilometres until the next service appear.

When this screen is displayed, press and hold the button again for a few seconds until a confirmation message appears. At this point, turn off the cluster to complete the operation.
