How do you unlock App Connect on the Volkswagen Passat?

On the Volkswagen Passat, as well as on all cars of this brand, the only way to unlock App Connect is to go to an authorized center. Here, the technicians will unlock the voice commands, which can be accessed by pressing the VOICE button next to the central display. Once unlocked, pressing this button will open a menu with four options: these allow you to use the navigator, answer calls, listen to the radio, and play multimedia content. All of these operations can also be performed using voice commands.
