To remove the rear door panel of the Volkswagen Jetta, use a tool to pry off the trim covering the armrest. Underneath, you will find screws that need to be completely loosened and removed.

Once these screws are loose, disconnect the window switch connector and proceed to unclip the clips at the bottom of the panel. Once the panel is detached from its housing, you can position the new replacement part, securing and connecting it properly.
