How to disassemble the rear seat of the Volkswagen Passat

The following steps will illustrate the procedure for disassembling the rear seat and backrest of the Volkswagen Passat. First, open the rear doors of the car and begin to lift the rear seat by releasing it from the fasteners underneath it; if we also want to remove the backrests, simply unscrew all the fixing screws found at the base of them, as shown in the video. At this point, carry out the repair or cleaning of the rear seats; put them back in place and secure them properly, applying the reverse procedure!
