The procedure to manually set the time displayed on the instrument panel of your Volkswagen Golf Mk6 (year 2008-2012) is really simple. All you have to do is enter the interior and reach the driver's seat. At this point, insert the key and start the instrument panel, then hold down the button located below the tachometer until the hour digit is selected. Then press the button located below the speedometer several times and set the hours. Repeat the same procedure for the minutes and you're done.
