There are various reasons for removing the inner door trim panel of a car, such as repairing a window or the window regulator mechanism, fixing the handle, restoring the panel itself, and so on. To carry out the removal, as you can see in the video, the procedure is almost standard.

First, remove the internal handle, then the grab handle, and all the perimeter clips or screws.

Finally, detach it from its housing by pulling firmly. Generally, this is considered a relatively simple task to perform.
