How to replace the battery of the Volvo XC60 remote control

Today we will explain how to replace the battery of the Volvo XC60 remote control. To perform this operation, we must press the button on the side of the remote control to remove the cover. Once the cover is removed, we can also remove the emergency key stored inside the remote control. We also remove the top part of the remote control in order to access the battery compartment. Using a flat-head screwdriver, we rotate the battery cover to proceed with the replacement. We close the battery cover and assemble the external parts of the remote control, not before reinserting the emergency key inside.
