How to replace the battery of the 2015 Volvo XC60

Replacing the battery on a 2015 Volvo XC 60 car is a simple and quick operation that can be done independently thanks to our short tutorial that will explain the steps. After opening the front hood, release the hood seal and remove the battery cover. Loosen the negative pole clamp with a 10mm wrench and remove the negative terminal from the battery. Using a 13mm wrench, also remove the opposite nut on the positive terminal. Before removing the battery, it is necessary to use a wrench with a 10 insert extension to unscrew the locking nuts on the bracket. Remove the battery and insert the new one. Tighten the nuts on the bracket and insert the protective shield. Connect the positive terminal and immediately after the negative terminal. Close the box cover and position the hood seal.
