How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on a Volvo XC60?

To replace the cabin air filter on the Volvo XC60, detach the panel located on the left side of the footwell on the passenger side: once this panel is removed, you can access the filter box, which must be opened by loosening the screws that secure the cover. The air filter underneath can then be pulled out from its housing to be replaced with a new one: finally, cover everything back with the panel to ensure everything is functioning properly.
