How to Replace Power Steering Fluid

This guide explains how to replace the power steering fluid on a Volvo S60. The fluid used in the video is Pentosin CHF 202. You will also need a syringe (like the one shown in the video) and a graduated container. After opening the power steering fluid container, you will need to repeatedly draw out all the fluid using the syringe; the fluid should be collected in the graduated container: this way, you will know how much new fluid to add and you will also have the indication for using a vacuum of the correct capacity for disposing of the old fluid (which will have turned black). Now you can insert the new fluid (which is green): about 17 fl oz.
