In this video tutorial we will show you how to remove and replace the fuel filter in a Volvo V50. First of all, we open the bonnet of the car and remove the protective plastic casing: with a ratchet wrench we will unscrew all the screws of the bracket and remove all the pipes connecting to our fuel filter. Finally, unscrew the screws that hold our filter in place, located right next to it: then remove the pipes and proceed with the extraction of the diesel filter! Let's go and replace it with a new one, replacing the diesel pipes if they are too damaged.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
