As shown, the filter is located inside the engine bay, on the driver's side. To replace it, first ensure the engine is completely cold, then open the bonnet and remove the upper plastic cover. Next, remove the indicated metal bracket, disconnect the filter pipes, and remove the filter by unscrewing the relevant bolts. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
