Clean the Throttle Control System

If there are fuelling issues with fluctuations in engine revs, it is necessary to clean the throttle control system. The first step is to unscrew the air hose clamp, fuel lines, and the electrical connector.

Remove the throttle body by taking off the four fixing bolts to check the dirtiness of the regulator. Once the complete body is removed, use a brush and a tray with solvent to clean it thoroughly.

If the throttle is not touched, calibration is not necessary. Refit the body, hoses, and connector.

Perform a test to ensure correct operation.
