Replacement of Anti-Roll Bar

Lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift and locate the anti-roll bar: it connects the two front suspensions and is fixed to the chassis with "U" brackets containing rubber supports. Proceed to remove the original bar by unscrewing the fixing bolts of the supports and the link rods connecting to the suspensions. Prepare the new bar for installation by greasing the new polyethylene bushes (they have significantly better resistance characteristics than the originals); then position the bar and secure it to the chassis with the new brackets, completing the installation by fixing it to the link rods: note the increased thread protrusion which will provide the vehicle with improved handling.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
