Want to remove the radio from your Volvo XC60? Let's see how to take off the covering plastics to access the radio. Use a plastic trim tool to remove the upper dashboard cover frame, then, with a screwdriver, unscrew the securing screws located above the front of the radio cover panel. Next, unscrew the screws at the back of the dashboard. Pull off the plastic piece under the radio and the dashboard itself. Unscrew the side securing screws and then remove the radio. Disconnect the various power connectors located at the back.
