In this video we see the replacement of the Volvo V60 air filter (but the operation also applies to the contemporary S60 and XC60). The first step is to choose the right tools; specifically we will need: T25 Torx, 8 wrench, 10 wrench, slotted screwdriver and the ratchet for the keys. Now you can actually start. We proceed by removing the battery cover and then disconnect the negative cable of the same with the 10 key. Now we remove the panel under the glove box with the Torx and you can remove the two bolts with the 8 key. Then we open the drawer and unscrew the other 6 screws with the Torx and remove it, carefully removing the light connectors. Continuing the operation we go to lower the two gray latches and disconnect all the connectors of the white fuse box and remove it. Same operation with the black fuse box, also to be removed. We finally find our airbox lid. Let's open the two latches and replace the worn air filter with a new one. We will now proceed backwards to reassemble everything.
