Replacing the Valve Stem Seal

This video demonstrates how to replace the valve stem seals on the engine of a Volvo S70. In the video, the cylinder head is already removed and ready for the replacement operation. Take the extractor and apply it to the valve stem seal, performing a rotary and pulling motion. Then insert the fitting sleeve to facilitate the removal of the stem seal. During this operation, it is necessary to apply lubricant to the stem and the seal. Position the new seal on the stem, applying pressure with the Torx screwdriver bit. Finally, fit the spring, the cylinder head, and the camshaft.
