First, get inside the vehicle and start pressing the buttons located behind the driver or passenger seat. Then, raise the headrest to adjust it to the desired height, as shown in the video. At this point, fully raise the headrest to remove it from the guide and then from the seat. Insert the headrest back into the guide to adjust it to the desired height!
