The seat for the passenger compartment air filter is located on the passenger side, under the glove compartment, immediately above the heel strike: in order to reach the air conveyor it is necessary to remove the plastic coating which also acts as a sound-absorbing barrier; once the conveyor is reached, unscrew the fixing screws of the filter housing cover and extract the old one, make sure there are no dirt residues and insert the new filter (we recommend the activated carbon one) respecting the flow direction of the air indicated by the arrows on the filter itself.

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
