To replace the exterior handle on a Volvo XC60, open the door to access the side panel. Here, you will find the screws that secure the lock actuator to its housing.

By loosening these screws, you can remove the lock cylinder from its housing, allowing the handle to be taken out. At this point, insert the new handle and position the actuator as well. The actuator can now be secured with the side screws of the door, ensuring everything functions properly.
