To adjust the handbrake on a Volvo V40, you need to remove the ashtray located at the rear of the centre console: once removed, you can loosen the screws located beneath it, along with the one positioned in the cup holder. Removing these screws will allow you to completely detach the cover of the centre console so you can access the bolt that adjusts the handbrake: tightening it will make the handbrake firmer with a shorter travel; loosening it will make it softer with a longer travel.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
