Tips to Adjust the Handbrake Locking Height

Model: Volvo S80 - Years 1998-2006

First, lift the car at the rear and remove the right rear wheel. Place the removed wheel under the axle and lower the jack to relieve tension on the shock absorber. Remove the brake caliper. Take off the brake disc. Remove the springs that secure the pads in the drum and replace the connecting piece with an adjustable length special piece (adjust it according to the desired result). Refit all parts following the same steps shown in the images but in reverse order. The maintenance operation depicted in the images is performed on a Volvo S80.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
