Folding Down the Rear Seats of the Volvo S60 Mk2 Without Using the Release Lever

This guide shows how to unlock the rear seat of the Volvo S60 Mk2 without using the release lever. First, access the trunk. At this point, locate the area of the seat lock mechanism along the upper edge of the trunk, in contact with the seat back. Using a flathead screwdriver or a pry bar, leverage the lock latch. Once the seat back is released, you can fold it down normally. Repeat the procedure for the other seat back to fold down both seats.
