How to Replace the Front Headlamp Bulb on a Volvo V40

To replace the front headlamp bulb on a Volvo V40, open the bonnet to access the screws securing the headlamp unit from the top: once these screws are loosened, you can pull the headlamp out of its housing, disconnecting the connector at the rear. This will allow you to detach the internal cover of the headlamp unit and remove the bulb inside, so it can be replaced with a new one. After replacement, reinstall the headlamp unit.
