In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the battery in a Volvo XC90, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition for safety.

Then, open the trunk and lift the floor panel. Next, remove the metal plate by unscrewing the three indicated bolts.

Disconnect the terminals, starting with the negative. Using a 10mm socket wrench, unscrew the bolt of the lower mounting bracket.

At this point, remove the battery and install the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
