This video explains the correct way to clean the door sills of an Alfa Romeo 156. For cleaning it is advisable to use the classic denatured alcohol or household hygiene products (as long as they are not too aggressive in contact with the bodywork). As a cloth it is possible to use those in microfibre or, alternatively, the classic soft dusting cloths. Avoid using solvents, aggressive degreasers or silicone-based polishing products. The video also recommends using non-abrasive drawing rubber to eliminate streaks caused by rubber on shoes. In addition, a transparent and adhesive film (available in the paint factory) could be applied to further defend the chromed parts of the heel guard: just cut out a strip of the size of the chromed part to be protected, spray the part with water (preferably demineralized) so as not to form bubbles and apply the film strip. Now, using a cutter, you need to cut out the excess film without applying too much pressure. Now the heel guard is also protected by this film!

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
