First of all, let's remove the fixing screws that we find on the internal parts, unscrewing them by hand; after which we remove the rear lights and unscrew the fixing nuts that we find on the ends, as shown in the video. At this point we remove all the rear stop and unscrew the screws that we find on both sides of the wheel arches; we begin to unclip the bumper on the sides and then remove it, as in the video!

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
