To replace the rear bonnet lock, open the tailgate, remove the trim panel, and access the lock housing: then disconnect the opening mechanism linked to the lock itself and remove the clip that secures the lock to the tailgate to extract it; insert the new lock, ensuring the gasket is correctly positioned, and secure it by reinserting the clip; once the new lock is fitted, connect the opening mechanism and check its proper operation before refitting the panel.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
